These central buildings contain 32 standard bedrooms and are located next to oneanother, central to the resort property. The Main Hotel Lobby and Dining Room are located on the ground level of the Main Hotel. The Minett Lodge dates back
to 1870 and still retains all its original old world charm and character. Some extralarge rooms accommodate up to five persons. Several rooms are connecting. Please note that we do not have elevators.
MANOR HOUSE
Manor House is centrally located and is surrounded by well manicured lawns and gardens. This building contains 9 standard bedrooms on two floors, and a lovely parlor with a fireplace. The front of the building has a verandah on both levels.
NORTH LODGE
The North Lodge is a 38 standard room hotel style building situated near the Lake Rosseau Club and Main Hotel. The rooms are furnished with a double bed, twin beds or large family rooms with two doubles or one double and two singles. A
well furnished lounge with a fireplace is located in this building. Some connecting rooms are available. Please note that we do not have elevators. These suites are very well positioned throughout our property, some at the water’s edge. There are 25 of these deluxe units, each suite with a bedroom and a bed/living room. Bed/living rooms open on to a sundeck, some overlooking lovely Lake Rosseau.
EGDEWATER BEACH BUGALOWS AND TWO BEDROOM COTTAGES
Nestled in a park-like setting, most of these cottages are located near the water’s edge. 16 deluxe cottages contain one bedroom plus a living room, and 13 two bedroom deluxe cottages contain two bedrooms plus a living room. In each case, the living rooms may be converted to sleep an additional two guests. All bedrooms are furnished with a double and a single bed, or two double beds. The one bedroom Bungalows can accommodate up to four or five guests comfortably, while the two bedroom Bungalows can accommodate up to six or seven guests. There are a total of four deluxe three bedroom cottages on property. The cottages are named Cheltonia Cottage, Bayview Cottage, Telara Cottage, and Golfview House. Each cottage has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, sundeck, fireplace and accommodates large families. There is a weekly minimum rate based on 4.5 adults on all three bedroom cottages.
All of our rooms are complete with air conditioning, colour satellite
television and telephone with dataport and voicemail capabilities. All
accommodations are tastefully furnished and decorated. Our deluxe suites
also include adjoining living rooms and sun decks, most overlooking magnificent
Lake Rosseau .

Lake Rosseau , allowing you to spend your vacation in any manner that
you envision.
